CEO Susie Pike (Co-Owner and Founder) is involved in all aspects of the firm. Susie can be found on the front lines of our accounts insuring and inspecting the quality of the service delivered, to the Divisional Offices across the Rocky Mountain Region, to the Desert of Arizona. Susie also meets with all clients to ensure Customer Satisfaction and Expectations are Exceeded on a regular basis!

President Mark Pike (Co-Owner and Founder) directly oversees all management personnel in addition to developing business opportunities and guiding the corporate agenda. Mark’s youth and aggressive growth philosophy is challenging the industry and continues to propel Pike Enterprises to be the top cleaning service provider in the country. Mark remains actively involved with all clients and accounts to ensure effective communication and industry best service delivery!

Fernando
Division Manager – Denver Area

Fernando oversees the Denver area operations including the development of business opportunities. His experience in the industry covers over 15 years with expertise in calculating, pricing, technical procedures, safety procedures, safety training, clean room, carpet and upholstery, and floor cleaning programs for commercial and residential clients. Fernando has utilized this knowledge at Fortune 500 companies including Intel, Lockheed Martin, Phillips Semi-Conductors, Storagetek, Sodex’ho Marriot, and many more.

Frank Suarez
Division Manager - Tucson Area
Frank oversees the Tucson area operations including the development of business opportunities. He is a Tucson native with 14 years of janitorial sales experience. Frank is self motivated, enthusiastic and a people person. Frank has been married for 17 years to Melissa and the two of them have 5 wonderful children. He is always striving for the best, gives the best, and expects the best. (“Previous experience has taught me that no matter how long we’ve had an account always treat it like it is you first day there”).

Juan 
Division Manager - Phoenix Area

Juan oversees the Phoenix area operations and reports directly to Mark Pike. Juan brings over 6 years of experience in; commercial office cleaning, building maintenance, carpet, upholstery, and flood damage/ restoration, to our management team. Juan’s knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemicals combined with his work ethic and customer service skills make him a client favorite. Juan is one of the best at focusing on Problem prevention rather than problem resolution, which results in a wonderful partnership with our clients and employees.

Sergio
Certified Lead Floor Tech – Denver Area

Sergio oversees all floor work in the Denver area. Sergio has been with Pike Enterprises for over 9 years with IICRC certifications; such as hot water steam extraction, scrub and bonnet cleaning, portable water extraction, water damage restoration, carpet repair, patch, seams, re-stretching, replacing tack / strip and pad,  wax removal, red stain removal, urine stain removal, pet odor removal, thermal fog and YES certified scotch guard application.

Jackie Leach
Financial Administrator All Divisions
Jackie over see’s all financial information and deals directly with Pike Enterprises accountants, and resolving all customer and employee financial situations. Jackie has been with the company over four years and is currently completing her Bachelors Degree in Business Accounting. Jackie reports directly to Mark Pike.

James Mosher

Customer Service-Corporate Divisions
James responsibilities as an Office Manager include scheduling, reporting, coordinating and resolving all customer service activities and communications. James is a College Graduate from Western State College in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree; double major in Business Administration and Accounting. He has been married for 7 wonderful years to wife Karlie and has 2 beautiful girls. James brings over 7 years of customer service, accounting, and business experience to Pike Enterprises as the Office Manager. James reports all information directly to Mark Pike.

Terry Slade
Night Supervisor – Western Slope of Colorado Area
“Terry” exemplifies the managers comprising our supervisory team. In addition to managing several accounts in their designated area, all Pike Enterprises managers utilize a “hands on” approach to leading our valued employees. Terry has developed expertise in the industry during her 9 years with our company which includes all technical cleaning procedures and safety training. Top inspection scores, safety ratings, and customer satisfaction surveys qualified Terry to receive our “Best Team” management award.

Russ
Russ Pool Certified Window Cleaner
He's experience in the window cleaning industry covers over 15 years, with experience in, Biding, calculating, training, and cleaning himself. Russ is a certified window cleaner, high-rises to single residential, "No Problem"

Russ was born in Englewood,CO. He reports directly to Mark Pike, and He'll oversee all larger jobs and still cleans on a regular basis. Call and ask for Russ and maybe you'll get lucky enough to get him on your job!
